JFE Remodeling & Home Improvements is a family owned company whose roots reach back to 1970. As a teenager attending St. Ignatius High School I remember nailing studs and hanging drywall with my dad and brother Joe to finish our 20’ X 30’ upstairs dormer in Fairview Park. The time capsule we secretly tucked into the wall read, “Built by the best, Ed, Joe and Papa Janesz 1970” Since then our family has completed hundreds of home, and commercial improvement projects across western Cuyahoga County and Eastern Lorain County. More importantly my dad instilled in each of us a powerful philosophy about family and home remodeling that drives our business today.  He said, “The home is a sacred place where families celebrate, gather for meals, tell stories, learn, listen and grow old together.
